verbuild Tecnic® Hybriflex FR is a one part sealant and adhesive product, combining the best qualities of silicone and polyurethene technologies. It is specifically designed as a multi-purpose floor and wall sealant for all concrete saw cuts and cladding applications and/or slab expansion joints, where fire resistance is required. Fire rated up to 4 hours in certain joint configurations.
