How to Apply
Make sure all surfaces are clean, dry, and sound. Remove any old sealant, dust, or debris.

For non-porous surfaces, clean with DOWSIL™ R-40 Universal Cleaner using a lint-free cloth.
For porous substrates, mechanically clean with a steel brush or sanding disc.

Apply the sealant with a standard gun and tool within 5 minutes for best adhesion. For detailed guidance, refer to the product’s Technical Data Sheet.

Clean-Up
Remove excess sealant from tools and non-porous surfaces while uncured using
If misapplied to porous materials, allow to cure, then carefully remove by cutting or peeling. Avoid damaging coated or plastic surfaces.
