Rapid installation of various floor coverings on new and existing substrates.
High-intensity traffic areas, including wheelchair traffic and chairs with castors.
Application over most old adhesive residues, including bitumen.
Use with underfloor heating systems.

Latexplan Trade Fast is a two-part cement based smoothing compound consisting of a grey powder (part A) containing
special cements, graded silica sands and additives to be mixed with a synthetic rubber latex (part B).
Latexplan Trade Fast can receive foot traffic after approximately 60 minutes and is ready to install floor coverings after
2½-3 hours depending on the thickness and ambient temperature.
Latexplan Trade Fast has a very low odour making it suitable for use in confined and inhabited areas, where working
and/or occupation must be maintained.
Latexplan Trade Fast should not be mixed with any additional latex liquid or any water.
Latexplan Trade Fast is moisture tolerant and suitable for use under MAPEI damp proof membranes.
