Mapei Mapestone TFB60 Natural Stone Mortar

Recommended For:
Making the installation of bedding mortar for natural stone architectural flooring suitable for vehicular use.
Installation in squares, roads, pavements, parking lots, pedestrian crossings, roundabouts, and speed humps.
Installing small blocks, thin section bricks/brick slips, cobblestones, slabs, and blocks.

Not Recommended For:
Application outside the temperature range of +5°C to +45°C for the surrounding air, substrate, and stone.
Application in conditions where workability and hardening times may be compromised, such as temperatures exceeding +25°C.
Mixing with an incorrect amount of water for the type of stone being laid.
Use as bedding mortar for layers thicker than 7 cm without adding gravel (20-25%) to give structure to the screed.
Failing to tamp the surface before Mapestone TFB 60 starts to set, which may compromise its mechanical characteristics and durability.
Grouting the stone with a different product than Mapestone PFS 2 Visco pre-blended grout to ensure the durability of the bedding mortar.
Omitting expansion joints, especially along curbs, pavements, around manholes and drains, along the lines of changes in slope, and along rainwater run-off troughs.

• Carriage is paid if product value meets £500 ex VAT or 1 full pallet of the same product
• Orders must be received by 2:00pm

Next Day Delivery:
• Charged at £35.00 ex VAT per pallet.
• Orders must be received before 1:00pm.

FORS deliveries
• All deliveries requiring FORS certification will be charged at £100 ex VAT per delivery
