Nullifire FB750 Intubatt – Lightweight Fire Barrier Board with Optifire™ Coating

FB750 Intubatt is a lightweight Class A1 rock mineral fibre fire barrier with a unique ablative coating containing Optifire™ traceability.
It reinstates the fire performance of compartment walls and floors breached by services, providing fire, smoke, thermal, acoustic and air-pressure sealing.

Used with FS702 Intumastic, it seals around pipes, cable trays, ladders, baskets, armoured/data/HV cables and bundles up to 110 mm. It’s suitable for flexible or rigid walls, floors, ceilings and service voids. With Nullifire closers, it can also protect combustible services and ducts.

Typical applications include schools, hospitals, commercial and industrial buildings, leisure facilities and nuclear plants.

Key Benefits:

FB750 Intubatt provides up to 4 hours’ fire resistance, tested to EN 1366-3 (up to 6.76 m² openings) and BS 476 Pt 20/22 (up to 7.2 m² openings with framework). Its unique Optifire™ traceability identifier ensures easy identification. The system also offers acoustic and smoke sealing, is air-pressure tested to 2000 Pa, and is suitable for use in flexible or rigid walls, rigid floors and under timber floors.

Lightweight and easy to cut, it accommodates the thermal expansion of services under ambient conditions. The product is certified to applicable European (EN) standards and carries the UL-EU Mark.
