Nullifire FS709 HP Intumescent Sealant

FS709 HP is a high-expansion graphite intumescent sealant with a unique Optifire+ traceability identifier. Designed as a versatile closer device or standard fire seal, it rapidly expands when exposed to fire, helping to reinstate the fire performance of compartment walls and floors breached by services.

• Up to 4 hours fire resistance, tested to EN 1366-3 and EN 1366-4

• “Collar in a tube” – versatile and easy to apply

• Can be used directly or within FB750 Intubatt, FP170 Intucollar, FB770 Intudeck, or FR230 Intucompound

Usage & Applications

FS709 HP is suitable for use in:

• Flexible walls, rigid walls (≥75 mm), rigid floors (≥100 mm), CLT walls and floors

• FB750 Intubatt, FR230 Intucompound, and FB770 Intudeck systems

• Sealing combustible pipes (ABS, PE, PP, HDPE, PVC, PB, iMist, PEX, MLCP), insulated non-combustible pipes, and pipe insulation (nitrile rubber, glass fibre, PIR, phenolic, cotton, rock fibre)

• Individual or groups of cables, cable trays (perforated & non-perforated), cable ladders, baskets, bundles, trunking, and gaps between busbars
